Nice service and delicious food, what more could you want?

We are thrilled with this bistro. Not only that the food is very varied and delicious and the young service is extremely friendly and attentive .... The restaurant pays careful attention to compliance with the Corona hygiene regulations - that ALL guests enter themselves correctly and completely in the contact lists, keep the minimum distance and observe the mask requirement. In addition, the door is opened and aired regularly. GREAT PRAISE!!! KEEP IT UP!!!

Really good place to relax, for a small meal or a longer stay with friends. The service is friendly and always ready for a joke. I would love to come back. The food flatters the palate, and extras are no problem. 6/5. Overall - nice!

The food is a bit bokbulbok?? The pasta is a bit unseasoned, and the aufrauf or lasagna is delicious!!

Very pretty place with excellent food and cheap. To top it off, the service was excellent. I will definitely eat here again when I come back to Marburg. I can only recommend this restaurant!

Delicious in itself, but I've already ordered the 167 three times to pick it up. I got the 176 2 of 3 times. Therefore only 2 stars because I could throw away the casserole at home. There are no problems with exchanging orders in the bistro.

Cozy atmosphere, nice service and great food! The homemade ribbon noodles taste particularly good! € 3.20 for a glass of water are a bit expensive.

Very tasty food, nice and fast service. I've been there many times and it always tasted great. There is really something for everyone in the menu. Only the toilet urgently needs a renovation !!! ... :-(

A very great restaurant. The food was very tasty and the price was quite cheap. I ate homemade ribbon pasta and was thrilled. The waitress was very friendly. I would love to come back there.

Take time and visit this modest restaurant in the heart of Marburg, in sensational Oberstadt. There's a possibility to sit outside and enjoy the view, which is highly recommended. The inner ambient gives you a comfortable feeling. I particularly liked the modern paintings, decorating the walls. I was a little bit disappointing, when I first tried my Lasagna. The staff were nice and friendly staff and the service was great. The prices are the same as other restaurants in this area. Most of the typical dishes, namely Auflauf (soufflé), Spaghetti or Lasagna cost between 7 € to 9 €.

I waited 15 minutes till someone asked me what I wanted. I waited more than 20 minutes to have the English menu and then half and hour to have the dish. Food was nice but not worth it. And you can't pay by card!!

Great place, welcoming. We ate and drank well. Prices are good. The only thing that is not clear to me is the price of water, definitely high.

The good things first. 1. The staff is really friendly.? 2. Beer is good. 3. Ambience is good. But, i tried Lasagne Bolognese and it was 'ok' and the portion was a little less. Would suggest for a beer or a snack but not for a meal!

Pros: -The portion size is good and you get a salad as a side dish. -The service is polite and fast. -The prices are pretty much ok. -The menu is diverse and rich and there are plenty of vegan options. Cons: -the food was cold. -the rice was hard kinda old. -the sauce was too runny.

Simple but good! Is mostly visited by students, therefore very fair prices. Culinary nothing special, but the casseroles are highly recommended.

Good drinks and fast service. They also serve good auflauf and Bandnudeln. It's a good place to visit in marburg for a group hangout.

The best place for everyone for great food in Marburg

I really have to say the "Aufläufe" are really tasty. Specially the one with salmon and broccoli. I only go back for it. However the personal is not so good. It looks like there are not enough people in the kitchen. Last time i had to wait one and a half hour for one pizza (which wasn't sooo good as I expected). The prices went up a little bit and the service declined. The place is nice and comfy though.

The gratin is really delicious !! But pizza is never × 1000 !!!! Don't try it !!! It's almost salty. Pasta was normal ~ The locals only eat gratin ^^; It's a gratin restaurant!

Located a few meters from the Rathaus (City Town Hall), at the Oberstadt from Marburg, the Bistro Early is one of the best options to eat the typical "Auflauf". If you are visiting the city during the summer, don`t hesitate to seat outside. During the winter, the cozy interior is the best choice. With an excellent price (all pizzas, pastas, auflaufs for 5 euros) and also well prepared food, very tasty with great flavours, the restaurant becomes a "must go" when visiting thw town. The staff is also very polite. If you want a suggestion, order the Auflauf mit Spinat und Lachs (Auflauf with Spinach and Smoked Salmon).
